I have just named a sweet house finch, Wink!  She is pictured here in three poses which are typical for her when she visits my roof extension, urban (NYC) garden! The name, Wink, was my great grandmother’s nickname and the visiting house finch, yours truly and my great grandmother may have something in common!  The back story is here.
